How long will it take for my order to be delivered?

We cannot guarantee a specific timeframe on when you will receive your items each time as this depends on purchase dates, time, public holidays as well as challenges during the global pandemic. We will do our very best to keep you updated with the use of our delivery tracking process.

What is the Sofclear Contacts return policy?

Any lenses that are returned will have a non-refundable delivery fee, so you will need to pay for the items to be returned to us at your own cost.

We expect the lenses to be returned in the original packaging within 30 days of purchase. We will accept returned boxes that are unopened and undamaged. View our Terms & Conditions for more information.

What is the delivery charge for my lenses?

As a new customer, any free trials to our One Day Disposables will cost €4.95 for delivery. Any regular Subscription Plans will include free delivery no matter the spend.

What company do you use for delivery?

We use a Third Party Logistics company based in Europe that we have partnered with to ensure our customers receive their purchased goods within 2-3 business days.

Are all deliveries from Sofclear trackable?

Yes, all Sofclear Contacts deliveries are trackable. You will receive an email when your order has been fulfilled with the tracking number link. You should be able to click on the link and check the progress of your delivery.
