What form of payment do you offer for purchase?

We accept any Visa and MasterCard debit or credit cards to purchase our Sofclear lenses.

Do orders include VAT?

All orders at final checkout in our shopping cart will include VAT price as the subtotal cost.

What happens if my card fails on a subscription payment?

You will receive an automated email if your card fails for any of the following reasons:

  • Card has expired
  • Card has been maxed out
  • Card has been put on hold

Our Subscription platform will attempt to process your charge until the transaction is approved. If we are not able to complete the transaction, we will contact you directly by phone or email address to resolve this matter as we want to ensure you receive your lenses as soon as possible.

Do you store my card details for a subscription plan purchase?

Sofclear uses a payment gateway for secure online payment transactions. We do not see or have access to any personal information you share at the time of purchase via the payment gateway, other than the information that is required to process your order and deliver your lenses to you.
