How does my Sofclear Subscription Plan work?

Your Sofclear Contacts Subscription Plan will consist of 30 days of lenses delivered to your door, with the frequency of your choice. You can change your frequency or prescription at any time and all the payments are automatic each month. Click here to get a full picture about how it works.

How do I change my Subscription Plan?

If you want to change/edit any of your existing Subscription Plan information, please login to your account page. You will find an ‘edit’ button where you can update your next forthcoming order.

Where can I find my power?

Your power is normally stated on your prescription provided by your eye-care practitioner. Your prescription will outline:

A minus "-" sign denotes myopia or short-sightedness.

A plus "+" sign denotes hyperopia or long sightedness.

What happens if I need to update my Subscription Plan due to receiving a new prescription from my eye-care practitioner?

With our flexible Subscription Plan, you can edit this information by logging on to the account page under your profile.

Is there a lock in contract with the Subscription Plan?

There is no lock in contract with any of our subscription plans, we want to offer our customers a hassle-free experience with Sofclear Contacts.

How do I cancel my Subscription Plan with Sofclear?

You can cancel your subscription at any time by logging in to your account page under your profile. Click the ‘Cancel Subscription’ Link for each specific product range you may have under the account.

What Sofclear products have a Subscription Plan?

Our entire range of products has its own subscription plan, so you could have more than one plan depending on lens wear. Each product range subscription has its own frequency for repeated orders.

Can I use spectacle prescription to order my lenses?

Unfortunately, the prescription for spectacles is different to contact lenses because spectacles are positioned a short distance from your eye whereas lenses rest directly on the surface of your eye.

Can I cancel my order if it has already been processed, or processing?

Unfortunately, it is not that simple to cancel an order once the process has started. If you can notify us via email on on the day of purchase we can try to investigate this manually, but there is no guarantee that the order will be cancelled if the process has already begun.
